All three conditions below must be met for 3DS certification payment, and if one of any these conditions does not meet, the transaction will be rejected.

1. The card that the customer would like to use must be registered as able to use 3DS payment in the brand company system.

2. Entering the password that the customer has received on his/her mobile phone into the payment window accurately.

3.  The customer's Card Issuer must have a system  to normally deliver the 3DS certification value.

(The Card by the issuer that do not meet the above condition makes the error, when making a 3DS payment)

In the case of 1 and 2, it is necessary to check whether the customer has proceeded with the authentication process properly,  and in the case of 3, the only way is to try to pay with another card.

(1) For cards registered for 3DS authentication service availability

I. Card number / expiration date / CVC (CVV) input

II. Receive a one-time PIN (OTP) from a registered mobile phone

III. Enter a disposable PIN in the payment window and approve the transaction

(2) 3DS compatible card but not registered, click 'Activate Now' to go to DS Activation page

I. Card number / expiration date / CVC (CVV) input

II. CAPCHA Accept the terms and conditions for certifying that it is not a 'bot' through certification and 3DS certification

III. Enter registered SSN, Panel Code, E-mail etc. when issuing a card

(3) If you have only registered a 3DS compatible card, go to the 3DS Activate page
